Industrial Team Leader Opportunity

Vestas is seeking an experienced Industrial Team Leader to join our team in Taranto. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for leading a team of production staff and ensuring the successful execution of production plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of production staff to achieve production targets and quality standards
  • Develop and implement production plans to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production challenges and improve efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and report on production performance and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Technical or Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • Experience in people management and leadership
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Ability to use Lean and problem-solving tools
