About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Auditor to join our team at GRS Recruitment. As a Junior Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our clients' financial statements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients to obtain necessary information for audits and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
  • Compile client audit files, including Client Audit Files (CAF) and Permanent Audit Files (PAF).
  • Participate in the planning of audit work and provide assistance in preparing engagement letters, bank letters, and other documents required for audits.
  • Perform audit workings and tests in accordance with the audit plan and conduct field work to test internal controls.
  • Identify and document audit issues and report to senior auditors and audit managers.
Requirements
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to learn new software quickly, including Caseware Working Papers and WiseBos.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to work in a team setting and possess a pleasant personality with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Highly motivated individual with a high school diploma or university degree.
  • ACCA member at entry level.
  • No prior work experience, although any previous experience will be considered an advantage.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Greek and English languages.
  • Office position with occasional inland travel to clients' premises.
