As a Resident Service Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the high availability of our automated systems, working closely with our customers to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform reactive maintenance and scheduled preventative maintenance tasks to the highest standards.
• Carry out servicing tasks on all parts of the system, observing established health and safety practices.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
• Support the continuous improvement process by providing feedback and suggestions based on troubleshooting.
• Ensure the high availability of equipment and systems.

Requirements:

• Degree in electrics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, IT, or automation.
• Experience in maintenance tasks, with a strong background in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Able to read and understand mechanical layouts and circuit diagrams.
• Familiarity with working in a workshop environment.
• Excellent communication skills in Italian, with a strong proficiency in English.
