**Job Title: Creative Arts Educator**

Estimated Salary: ₹ 800,000 - ₹ 1,200,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Location: Mumbai, India

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Creative Arts Educator to join our team at our International School in Mumbai. As a Creative Arts Educator, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and facilitating dynamic and student-centred lessons across a wide range of arts disciplines, including performing and visual arts.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:**

  • Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students
  • Conducting regular formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress
  • Providing pastoral care and support to students, addressing their individual learning needs and concerns
  • Participating in professional development activities to enhance your teaching skills and stay updated on best practices
  • Mentoring students and helping them develop their creative potential
  • Contributing to the development of extracurricular programs and events that foster creativity and community engagement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Arts or Education
  • At least two years of teaching experience, preferably in an international school setting
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Able to work collaboratively with colleagues and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
  • Demonstrate a passion for teaching and mentoring students
