Sales Account Medical Sector Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Medical Sector professional to join our Electrical Business Line at Intertek.
As a Sales Account Medical Sector, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones in the Electromedical stream in Italy.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Executing sales plans in line with Company's sales objectives and policy.
- Formulating business development strategies in synergy with Group Management.
- Developing business opportunities in the defined area (hunting) and maintaining existing customers (farming) through effective client research, prospecting, and networking.
- Developing and maintaining personal knowledge of priority sectors, market trends, and routes to market for improved effectiveness within a sales support function.
- Driving deals from technical definition through budgeting and proposal to order.
- Approaching customers in a cross-selling perspective, promoting synergies with other business lines.
- Acting as an interface between customers and operations (local and international network of laboratories).
- Preparing sales reporting, recording customer interactions, and opportunities into the CRM.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with:
- University Degree in Engineering (Biomedical or Electrical preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, gained in the electro medical sector.
- B2B sales consultant approach.
- Good English knowledge.
- Willingness to travel throughout Italy.
- Previous experience in Testing, Inspection, and Certification Sector is a plus.
