Role Overview

A unique opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced individual to take on the role of Strategic Business Growth Lead - Japan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion in the Japanese market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer adoption and engagement in Japan.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and marketing efforts in Japan.
  • Analyze data and metrics to determine areas for improvement and drive business results.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress towards goals.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, sales enablement, or product marketing.
  • Advanced Japanese language skills, with ability to make presentations to management team and communicate with customers.
  • Intermediate-Advanced English language skills, with ability to attend internal meetings and communicate verbally.
Additional Qualifications
  • Demonstrable ability to build lasting relationships and navigate complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Able to balance strategy with strong operational skills and understand complex business processes.
  • Commercially astute, with strong focus and accountability.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 per annum, based on industry standards and market conditions.
