Join Our Team as an ESG Solution Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled ESG Solution Specialist to join our team at Tagetik Software S.r.l. As a key member of our Financial Services Global Solution team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients in achieving their sustainability and ESG goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure, build, and set up all features and functions of the ESG solution to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Document all relevant solution information, features, and key points, and perform quality assurance.
  • Provide global support to delivery services, helping partners and colleagues.
  • Collect and classify feedback based on importance and urgency.
  • Analyze the solution and identify areas that may indicate compliance risks.
  • Work with compliance, legal, and business intelligence leads to interpret and map regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Contribute to developing trusted client relationships vital to the success of the solution.
  • Maintain an understanding of client business goals and challenges and act as a client advocate with internal teams to ensure client needs are understood and met.
  • Encourage client feedback to help drive the development of CCH Tagetik solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics or STEM.
  • 2+ years of experience in related fields (ESG, regulatory reporting) or sector (software house, consulting).
  • Confidence in extracting, manipulating, and analyzing business data for regulatory reporting and building configuration options.
  • Experience in interpreting and mapping reporting requirements.
  • Strong technology knowledge and business acumen.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (business & technical).
  • Outstanding service-orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Confident communication style with strong presentation skills.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
