Alstom Gruppe is seeking a skilled Industrialization Engineer to join our team. As an Industrialization Engineer, you will play a crucial role in organizing preventive and corrective maintenance activities in depots and/or workshops dedicated to the maintenance of rolling stock.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze maintenance requirements and develop process documentation (Standard Operation Sheets)
- Identify necessary tools and materials, from technical specifications to field validation
- Organize maintenance activities in line with Alstom standard requirements (sequence of activities, cycle time, delivery times, packaging, workstation ergonomics, skills, EHS constraints, and Quality requirements)
- Document management on SAP Railsys (task list, materials list, tools list)
- Validate defined processes on the field with the operations team
- Manage suppliers for the creation of main equipment
- Analyze and identify actions aimed at improving project performance
- Respect assigned budget
- Develop business cases to evaluate investment plans and implement Make or Buy strategies
- Degree in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within structured and productive contexts operating in the industrial sector
- Excellent problem-solving skills, knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 techniques, strong analytical skills, good relationship and teamwork skills with interlocutors from different company functions, knowledge of the English language
- Availability to travel, mainly within the national territory, for at least 50% of the time
