Franklin Electric is seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Administration Junior to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing employee records, coordinating training programs, and providing administrative support to our team.
Key Responsibilities- Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance tracking and personnel administration.
- Training Coordination: Plan and organize training programs for employees, including curriculum development and logistics.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the HR team, including data entry, correspondence, and reporting.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as human resources or business administration.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
