Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator

At LRQA, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing projects from start to finish, with a focus on delivering services to the agreed scope and specification, time scale, and costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, resources, and work plans.
  • Coordinate and assign inspections for all programs and types, according to contract/ITP requirements.
  • Primary contact for contract and staff inspectors for inspection/resource assignments, scheduling, and file management.
  • Track and monitor inspection reports, unannounced inspections, and residue sample submissions to ensure timely submission.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum + years of experience in project coordination for Nobo/Third/second party/Technical assistance.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience working with a team.
  • Knowledge of main inspections qualification program.
  • Good English level (mandatory).
  • Previous experience with Notified Body (preferred).

Candidate must be resident in Italy (Position Home Based).
