Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality plans for new product development projects
  • Collaborate with design and new product teams to ensure quality standards are met
  • Investigate and lead corrective actions to resolve quality issues
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Interface with engineering, service, manufacturing, and product management teams to improve product and service quality
Requirements:
  • Four-year degree in engineering or a related field, plus a minimum of four years of direct job experience in quality assurance
  • Proficient in word processing, database, data analysis, spreadsheet, planning, and desktop publishing programs and software
  • Knowledgeable and proficient in various data analysis and problem-solving techniques
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including presentations to groups of various sizes and levels within the organization
  • Knowledge of applicable quality standards and business models (ISO 9000, etc.)
