Key Responsibilities- Work on activities ranging from analysis and management of spending needs and public demand, market analysis, defining purchasing strategies, to drafting tender documentation.
- Collaborate with diverse projects in mixed teams, across different industrial sectors, sometimes directly at the client's location.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and purchasing processes.
- Master's degree in Economics and Management or Management Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in public or private procurement.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills to apply to market analysis and analysis of public demand.
- Knowledge and interest in preparing tender documentation, procedures for innovative public procurement.
- Knowledge of the main methodologies and tools for public procurement through IT platforms (e-procurement).
- Skills in Program Management and Project Management preferably gained in projects supporting Public Administration or complex private organizations.
- Adequate remuneration based on the candidate's experiences and skills.
