About the Role

Ferrari is seeking a highly skilled Internal Auditor to join our Audit Team based at our headquarters in Maranello, Italy. As an Internal Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform financial, operational, compliance, and ICT audits, individually or in teams, including the coordination of external consultants.
  • Execute various types of IT audits, such as cybersecurity, project management, and business continuity, by defining and completing audit work programs in compliance with internal audit methodology.
  • Prepare audit reports and propose recommendations for identified audit findings.
  • Provide IT support to operational audit teams and internal consulting assignments.
  • Execute and coordinate IT General Controls (ITGCs) and SOX testing.
  • Deliver continuous auditing engagements based on our current methodology.
  • Support the Risk Management function in the execution of IT risk assessments.
  • Support the IA Department in the maintenance of IT audit tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or Business Administration; a Master's Degree in Auditing is considered a plus.
  • 5 years of demonstrated experience in IT audit and data analytics, either direct or through working in IT.
  • Relevant professional qualifications, such as CIA or CISA, and working knowledge of main operating systems, databases, ERPs, and GenAI applications.
  • Ability to use IT tools in an audit context, such as vulnerability assessment and network mapping.
