We are seeking a skilled Night Auditor to join our team at Borgo Pignano, a 750-acre private estate in Tuscany. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conducting inspection tours of the facility and common areas
  • Performing daily accounting closure
  • Handling check-in and check-out operations
  • Supporting colleagues on the morning shift
  • Managing customer wake-up calls
  • Coordinating night-time room service requests

You will be working closely with our team to ensure seamless operations and provide exceptional service to our guests. To be successful in this role, you will need:

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (OPERA CLOUD) and Excel
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail and customer service orientation
  • Knowledge of English and a passion for service, courtesy, and discretion
