HSE Sustainability Coordinator

Livano è alla ricerca di un HSE Specialist per il nostro stabilimento di Mirandola. Il candidato ideale sarà in grado di garantire la corretta gestione interna e il corretto smaltimento esterno dei rifiuti prodotti dal sito di Mirandola.
Compiti e Responsabilità:
- Coordinare e gestire il sistema di sicurezza, ambiente e salute dell'azienda;
- Collaborare con l'HSE Leader e HSE Manager per l'elaborazione delle procedure (ambiente e sicurezza) e delle misure preventive di sicurezza;
- Partecipare all'aggiornamento dell'analisi dei rischi delle attività eseguite presso lo stabilimento di Mirandola;
- Supportare la pianificazione della formazione legata alla sicurezza dei lavoratori;
- Sviluppare e implementare piani di gestione dei rischi e di sicurezza;
- Collaborare con l'RSPP per la corretta gestione ed esecuzione dei programmi di informazione e formazione alla sicurezza dei lavoratori.
Requisiti:
- Esperienza pregressa in un ruolo analogo, preferibilmente in contesti strutturati e/o multinazionali;
- Laurea Magistrale in materie scientifiche o affini; preferibilmente Ingegneria Meccanica, Gestionale, Industriale o Chimica;
- Capacità di utilizzare in modo autonomo il Pacchetto Microsoft Office, in particolar modo Excel;
- Padronanza della lingua italiana e inglese;
- Spiccata capacità di apprendimento, resistenza allo stress, proattività e ottime capacità di problem solving;
- Eccellenti doti organizzative e comunicative.
