Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our Operations team at the Refurbishment Center in Lainate. The successful candidate will report directly to the Operations Manager and play a key role in improving and monitoring production, logistics, and planning processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering and experience in process optimization. They will be responsible for analyzing and improving processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing effective solutions to reduce inefficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process analysis and optimization;
  2. Identification and implementation of process improvements;
  3. Collaboration with the production, planning, and logistics teams to improve processes;
  4. Development and implementation of KPIs to measure process efficiency;
  5. Analysis of material flows to ensure correct balancing during production.

Requirements:

Essential:

  1. Master's degree in Industrial Engineering;
  2. Experience in process optimization and improvement;
  3. Knowledge of SAP or SAP4/HE;
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Desirable:

  1. Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement approaches;
  2. Experience with AutoCAD and programming languages.
