The Offshore Installation Manager will be responsible for the overall management of offshore installation projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage offshore installation projects from planning to execution, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including installation engineers, project managers, and subcontractors.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
- Technical degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in offshore installation management or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong technical knowledge of offshore installation processes and procedures.
Working Conditions:
This role requires frequent travel to offshore installation sites, with occasional work in the office. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of autonomy and flexibility.
