**Reporting to the Group Head of Consolidation**

The Senior Group Accountant will be responsible for Accounting and Consolidation for the Recipharm Group. Key responsibilities include:

  • Consolidation of Month-end closing
  • Consolidation of Year-end closing
  • Preparation of the Group's cash flow on a monthly basis
  • Reviewing reporting in the month-end closing for specified entities/countries
  • Participating in and taking responsibility for assigned tasks within the Annual report for the group
  • Providing IFRS-related guidance within accounting
  • Developing and ensuring accurate and efficient processes for group reporting using the current group reporting software
  • Supporting the implementation of a new group-wide consolidation system
  • Participating in various projects within group accounting, consolidation, reporting, taxes, and IFRS-related areas

**Essential Skills and Experience**

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A university degree in Finance
  • Minimum 10 years of experience within Group Accounting
  • Good knowledge of systems used in Group Accounting (preferably Ocra and Aaro)
  • Experience of large-scale (+50) Group consolidations
  • Highly familiar with intercompany/group eliminations and shareholder contributions
  • Experience in managing significant FX transactions
  • Reconciliations of equity in large, multi-currency organisations
  • Preparation of large Group Consolidated Cashflow Statements
  • Internal restructurings regarding technical eliminations of consolidated accounts
  • Detailed and complicated Group Tax Accounting and tax-related notes for the Annual Report

They will also be a self-starter, able to work under their own initiative with good organisation and prioritisation skills.

**Location**

Employees predominantly work from home, with video conferencing used wherever possible. This position includes travel to Stockholm, Sweden, with at least one week per month spent in the city.
