Regulatory Affairs Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Manager to join our team in Milan, Italy. As a key member of our Legal, Government and Regulatory department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring product labels comply with food legislation and company policies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all product labels used by Kraft Heinz in Europe comply with food legislation, government guidelines and company policies with a focus on Infant Feeding products and Foods for Medical Purposes.
  • Support Marketing in the provision and legislation approval of product information for all types of communication.
  • Provide information and advice on legislation for product formulation and labeling issues.
  • Approve ingredient and product specifications for legislation and nutrition and support other requests for information relating to labeling.
  • Develop an awareness of EU and UK food legislation and government guidance.

Key Qualifications:

  • University Degree in a scientific field.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience dealing with regulatory, ideally within a government authority, leading companies or consultancies.
  • Deep knowledge of the European Food legislation.
  • Strong proficiency in English; Italian is a plus.
  • EU Working Permit is necessary to proceed with this position.
