Staffing Coordinator

Adhr Group, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a skilled Staffing Coordinator to support the metalmechanics sector.
As a Staffing Coordinator, you will provide administrative and operational support to the management team, including communication with external entities, relationship management, calendar organization, and meeting coordination.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the management team in their administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Manage and filter communications with external entities, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Support and manage relationships within the group, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Organize the management team's calendar and coordinate meetings, ensuring efficient scheduling.
- Draft and transmit meeting minutes, while maintaining accurate records.
- Manage documentation, ensuring up-to-date storage and filing systems.
- Coordinate appointments and travel arrangements, ensuring smooth logistics.
- Compile and edit texts, documents, and translations, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
**Required Skills
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office package (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Knowledge of French is an asset.
- Excellent listening skills, ability to manage priorities, and strong verbal and public speaking skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
**Workplace Information**
Location: Meldola (FC)
Work Schedule: Part-time, 28 hours per week
