Join our team as a postdoctoral researcher in the field of nanoparticle-based cancer treatment. In this role, you will be part of the Research Line of Polymers and Biomaterials at Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia, working under the supervision of Prof. Nicola Tirelli.
The successful candidate will contribute to the development of hyaluronic acid-based nanoparticles for the delivery of non-coding RNA and other payloads. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Designing and synthesizing nanoparticles for in vitro and in vivo testing
- Evaluating the efficacy of RNA-loaded nanomaterials in complex in vivo models
- Assessing the pharmacokinetics, biodistribution, and degradation of nanoparticle components and payloads
Requirements:
- PhD in cancer studies, pharmacology, drug delivery, or a related field
- Experience in working with small laboratory animals and in vitro techniques
- Strong background in cell culture, histology, and molecular biology
