Investment Associate

The Investment Associate will work closely with the VP, Impact Investments to develop and implement myAgro's working capital program (WCP). This involves collaborating with the Development and Finance teams to create strategic alliances, build relationships with lenders and external stakeholders, and develop financial models to forecast working capital trends and identify potential risks or opportunities.

• Research and cultivate relationships with prospective lenders to join myAgro's WCP
• Support the VP, Investments with strategy and implementation of short- and long-term financing structures and strategies
• Develop financial models to forecast working capital trends and identify potential risks or opportunities
• Build relationships with the lender community, impact investment organizations, bankers, attorneys, and other external partners to form a valuable network of subject matter experts
• Be the relationship coordinator for a growing portfolio of lenders, delivering on all aspects of relationship management, including regular communications

• 3 years of experience in banking or investment management as a client relationship coordinator
• Experience translating and presenting complex financial information in a clear way and identifying applicable insights from the data
• Experience working with partners across multiple geographies
• Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
• Fluent in English. French desirable
