About the role:

We are seeking an engineering-focused individual to join our team as a Helicopter Simulator Technician. This role will involve working on the most advanced aviation simulators in the world, providing a unique opportunity to develop technical knowledge and skills. Our team operates 24/7, so flexibility with shift patterns is essential.

Your tasks:

  • Identify and solve problems in complex flight simulation systems
  • Collaborate with test engineers to check updates and bug fixes at subsystem level
  • Support the integration of data, updates, software and hardware, and exchange of various assemblies
  • Calibrate instruments and perform pre-flight and post-flight checks on designated simulators
  • Assist in diagnosing and correcting problems on simulators and associated systems
  • Utilize maintenance management systems to record and track maintenance activities
  • Perform administrative tasks as required

About you:

  • Hold a technical degree or 3+ years of experience in an electronic, avionic, or technical field
  • Extensive expertise in electrical engineering
  • Knowledge of avionics is welcome but not required
  • Computer literate with experience in soldering and circuit board repairs
  • Good knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken
  • High level of communication and teamwork skills
