About the Role

Hitachi Rail is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Signaling and Telecom Systems team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our works and ensuring compliance with project designs and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications
  2. Liaise with customers, authorities, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth site operations
  3. Ensure adherence to HSE Management plans and regulations
  4. Support the optimization of subcontractor resources

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a similar role is required, along with knowledge of local rules and standards, planning and organization, and software tools.
