Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee our packaging production process. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing production schedules, ensuring product quality, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and budgets to meet production targets;
- Oversee production progress, identify and resolve production issues, and provide regular reports to senior management;
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, maintenance, procurement, HR, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth production operations;
- Evaluate and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations;
- Analyze opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements, implementing best practices to optimize production operations;
- Lead analysis to solve production issues, minimizing downtime and optimizing production workflows;
- Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, accountability, and employee engagement;
- Conduct performance evaluations, set performance goals, and provide training and development opportunities for team members;
This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering results and improving efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Management, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, and at least 3 years of experience in production management. Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control principles, and continuous improvement methodologies is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, are also required.
