About the Role

As a Senior Account Manager at Deliveroo, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our top restaurant partners in the Italian market. Your primary goal will be to provide strategic guidance and support to our partners, helping them to grow their businesses and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with restaurant partners.
  • Understand partners' business goals and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customized solutions to meet partners' needs.
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Act as the main point of contact for partners, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in account management and/or consulting.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex business challenges and develop tailored solutions.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Master's Degree in Economy.
