Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Transformation Project Lead to join our international project team. In this key role, you will oversee national and cross-country projects, ensuring seamless coordination, efficient capacity planning, and effective reporting to CCM-Management/C-Level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement standardized project management tools and methods across national and international programs.
  • Oversee international projects, prioritizing tasks and coordinating resources for optimal outcomes.
  • Establish a unified project portfolio management standard, driving innovation and process optimization.
  • Act as the interface between project/program boards and CCM-Management/C-Level, providing regular reporting and insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this transformative role, you will require:

  • A commercial focus with a minimum B2-level English proficiency.
  • Experience working in an international project environment, preferably with knowledge of customer care processes and company procedures.
  • Proficiency in using project management methodologies (e.g., lean, scrum, waterfall, project scorecard, project plan).
  • Strong analytical skills, including reporting, data analysis, and success criteria for project management.
  • An entrepreneurial and holistic approach, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
