Descrizione del ruolo

Alcotec S.p.A. è alla ricerca di un professionista per ricoprire il ruolo di Project Controller nelle seguenti sedi: Roma, Milano, Genova e Firenze.

Attività principali
  • Elaborazione del budget economico/gestionale di Area;
  • Presidio delle attività di controllo di gestione di reporting periodico, analizzando le cause di scostamento e supportando gli Area Manager per le eventuali azioni correttive;
  • Supporto all'Area Manager per il monitoraggio dell'avanzamento fisico ed economico dei nuovi lavori e dell'aggiornamento periodico del programma lavori, con evidenza delle criticità, garantendo standard uniformi per interventi di area;
  • Aggiornamento mensile dell'avanzamento economico dei singoli interventi per elaborare il Report di area mensile (Sinottico);
  • Valutazione degli effetti delle variazioni dei lavori in corso di progettazione ed esecuzione rispetto al pianificato, e supporto agli Area Manager nelle conseguenti decisioni;
  • Supporto all'Area Manager nei processi di preparazione del forecast, nell'analisi degli scostamenti mensili (output: Monthly Capex Report) mediante adeguate analisi dello stato di fatto e degli eventi impattanti;
  • Garantisce standard di monitoraggio dell'avanzamento fisico ed economico per i singoli interventi e supervisione il Monthly Report di Intervento (attraverso specifici KPI S-curve e report);
  • Supporto all'Area Manager nella comunicazione dei dati di sintesi verso la corporate;
  • Supervisiona la realizzazione del Cost Control Report e del PSR redatti dal Project Controller di Intervento;
  • Affiancamento all'Area Manager nella selezione dei profili dei Project Controller e Planner;
  • Supporta il PJM nella verifica dei rischi dei vari interventi;
  • Collabora con l'Assurance Leader per l'implementazione e gestione degli strumenti di pianificazione e controllo standard per l'Area specifica in conformità alle procedure aziendali;
  • Collabora con l'Assurance Leader per l'implementazione di specifiche Istruzioni operative dedicate all'area ed individuazione di strumenti adeguati in conformità alle procedure aziendali.

  • Flessibilità e attitudine al multitasking;
  • Capacità organizzative e analitiche e di pianificazione del lavoro;
  • Capacità di relazionarsi all'interno del team;
  • Sede di Lavoro: Roma, Milano, Genova e Firenze;
