We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at EssilorLuxottica Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and machinery.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and execute maintenance tasks to minimize production downtime
- Plan and prioritize work orders to ensure timely completion
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for improvement and resolve equipment issues
- Manage budgets and personnel decisions for assigned areas
- Monitor maintenance KPIs and engage team members in continuous improvement initiatives
- At least 1 year of experience in complex environments
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong people management skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
