Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Marketing Manager to lead our CRM efforts and drive innovation in our CRM Campaigns. As a key member of our Marketing team, you will be responsible for managing our outbound campaigns, collaborating with our Customer Center, and developing strategies to captivate our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Outbound Campaign Planning: Develop and execute outbound campaign plans in collaboration with the Customer Center to ensure campaign success.
  • Manage Automated Campaigns: Set up and maintain outbound flows to deliver messages at the right moment, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the campaign execution team and the Customer Center to define campaign briefs and oversee the entire process meticulously.
  • Participate in Strategic Meetings: Share strategic inputs on offers, promotions, and tactical requirements from markets and corporate departments.
  • Plan and Manage DEMs: Develop and manage Data-Driven Email Marketing (DEMs) for customers in alignment with the overall CRM strategy, working alongside the DEM Campaign Manager.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Bring at least 5 years of experience in outbound campaign management to the table.
  • Education: Complement your expertise with academic backgrounds in Business Management, Marketing, or equivalent fields to navigate the CRM landscape effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Showcase excellent communication skills to foster an environment of open dialog crucial for cross-department collaboration.
  • Cultural Competence: Embrace diversity and communicate proficiently in English, showcasing your global mindset.
  • Teamwork: Nurture a spirit of teamwork, motivating others to excel and deliver their best performances.
