About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Import-Export Accountant to join our team, bringing their expertise in administrative management, customs affairs, and funded projects. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless export transactions, managing customs clearances, and maintaining accurate records. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure will be invaluable assets to our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Administrative management of import-export operations, including documentation, logistics, and compliance.
• Customs affairs management, ensuring timely and accurate clearance of goods.
• Management and reporting of funded projects, including financial tracking and progress monitoring.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Solid experience in AFC roles, preferably in Italy, with a focus on import-export administrative management, customs affairs, and funded projects.
• Solid knowledge of AFC disciplines, with the ability to apply theoretical concepts to real-world scenarios.
• Expertise in using MEXAL PASSEPARTOUT, Office digital devices, and digital meeting, chat, and social media tools.
• Fluency in English and Italian, with additional language skills being a plus.
• A strong understanding of business ethics, confidentiality, and accountability.

What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you can expect:

• A competitive salary range of €28,000 to €36,000 per year, based on your qualifications and experience.
• A DTA (Definite Time Agreement) contract, renewable after 12 months, with the possibility of upgrading to an ITA (Indefinite Time Agreement).

Location and Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, requiring a flexible schedule, with possible travel required for business purposes. You will be working from our office location, with autonomy to manage your tasks and prioritize your workload.
