Position Summary

We are seeking a Media Operations Coordinator for Winter Sports (m/f/d) to oversee and enhance our operational projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of high-profile sporting events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee operational management of key projects, including FIS World Cup and World Championships.
  • Provide support for additional projects as required on a seasonal basis.
  • Manage relationships with Broadcast Partners, ensuring the delivery of all agreed services and the collection of necessary data and bookings.
  • Coordinate with Right Holders and Event organizers to gather all media and broadcast-related information for smooth operations.
  • Work with technical suppliers to ensure the effective delivery of all broadcast signals.
  • Continuously seek improvements in planning and operational processes.
  • Actively participate in the global Media Operations Team.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience and specialized knowledge in media and broadcast operations within the sports sector.
  • Strong client service orientation with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving with a willingness to assume responsibility.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making capabilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient IT skills and relevant experience.

Language Proficiency

  • Fluent in Italian.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
