Johnson Controls, a global leader in building technologies and solutions, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Portfolio Specialist to join its Italy-based JCI Security Products Intrusion team.

About the Role

This critical position plays a key role in promoting the full portfolio of Security Products Intrusion solutions, including industry-leading products and innovative offerings. As a Senior Sales Portfolio Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and build strong relationships with customers.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the security industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of success in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to promote Security Products Intrusion solutions to customers and partners.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS AND PARTNERS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND PROACTIVE ISSUE RESOLUTION.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product development and sales strategies.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, or a related discipline).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and expanding market presence.
  • Strong understanding of the security industry and current market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
