Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ricerca di opportunità di Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Italian and international markets, with a focus on France and Spain.
- Identificare e sviluppare nuove opportunità di business: Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and identify potential clients to develop new business opportunities.
- Gestire e rafforzare le relazioni con i clienti esistenti: Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Gestire e supervisionare l'intera attività commerciale: Oversee the entire commercial activity, from prospecting to negotiation, to ensure successful sales outcomes.
- Monitorare puntualmente la propria attività commerciale: Regularly monitor sales activity and prepare periodic reports for management.
- Garantire il raggiungimento dei target commerciali: Ensure the achievement of commercial targets set by management.
Requirements:
- Laurea in Marketing, Economia o campo correlato: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- Esperienza comprovata di almeno cinque/otto anni nel ruolo di Sales Manager: Proven experience of at least five to eight years in a Sales Manager role.
- L'esperienza di vendita maturata presso Aziende operanti nel mondo degli imballaggi/packaging/plastica: Experience in sales with companies operating in the packaging and plastics industry will be considered a plus.
- Abitudine a lavorare per progetto e/o su commesse: Ability to work on projects and/or on a commission basis.
- Conoscenza professionale della lingua Inglese: Professional knowledge of the English language, with a plus for knowledge of a second language (Spanish or French).
