Job Description:

Tn Italy is seeking a highly skilled Risk Analyst to join our team. As a Risk Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) in calculating and interpreting risk metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily market risk monitoring of portfolio risk exposures, including Value-at-Risk (VaR), volatility, sensitivity, and stress testing.
  • Perform risk analysis, including ex-ante scenario analysis, to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Support the development and maintenance of risk methodologies and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with the CRO to implement and monitor regulatory portfolio limits, ensuring compliance with UCITS regulations.
  • Produce and update documentation of policies and procedures for Risk Management activities.
  • Support the CRO in monitoring and managing operational risk, ensuring the effective implementation of risk management strategies.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in risk analysis or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and metrics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in risk management software and tools, including VaR and stress testing.
