Financial Services Leader

Tailor&Fox Srl, a leading HR Business Partner for international family and investment companies, is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Chief Financial Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Finance Team and interface with the Investment Team, reporting directly to the CEO.
  • Design and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory and management reporting for various stakeholders, including the Board of Directors and lenders.
  • Establish and maintain operational metrics and business intelligence reporting.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to improve profitability, focusing on costs, pricing, project/contract profitability, and investments.
  • Collaborate with the business strategy team to drive the company's financial objectives.
  • Develop financial targets for activities and forecasts, monitoring actual business performance.
  • Support mergers and acquisitions activities and post-acquisition integration.
  • Participate in contracts and legal work related to company operations and activities.
  • Optimize cash flow and working capital.
  • Engage with shareholders, external auditors, tax authorities, and banks.
  • Ensure the company's tax position is compliant and optimized.

Requirements:

  • More than 10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Fluent knowledge of Italian, English, and basic French.
  • Residence in Milan with the ability to travel to Luxembourg.

Work Environment:

The successful candidate will be based in Milan's city center.
