About the Role:
As a Fragrance Specialist at Le Labo, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support in a fast-paced retail environment. Your passion for fragrances and people will ensure a unique and inspirational in-store experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide welcoming and personalized service to customers
- Ensure all customer service and sales targets are met
- Build collaborative working relationships with the team
- Contribute to maintaining the store's high standards of visual merchandising
Requirements:
- Previous retail industry experience is desirable
- Ability to provide inspirational and personalized customer service
- Willingness to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable
