Cell Development Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Cell Development Engineer to join our team at Micron Technology. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for developing memory-array characterization techniques, analyzing electrical test results, and driving improvements to cell performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities- Develop memory-array characterization techniques to optimize cell performance and reliability
- Analyze electrical test results to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive performance and reliability gains
- Participate in the debug, design, simulation, and implementation of circuit and process changes during the development of prototype memory products
- Collaborate with the Design, Process Development, and Product Engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality products
- Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or Physics
- Knowledge of mainstream semiconductor memory technologies, including DRAM, NAND, and NOR
- Experience with alternative/emerging memory technologies
- Broad knowledge and experience in semiconductor device physics and electronics circuits
- Proficiency with electrical device data collection and analysis, DOE, and statistical techniques
- Understanding of circuit operation and product architecture in semiconductor memory products
- Experience in software and hardware for automatic measurements setup
- Experience in data analysis with statistical tools and physical modeling
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong ability to work in a team on complex matters
- Demonstrated strong communication, organizational, and team-building skills
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Fluent oral and written English
