About the Role



MSX International is seeking a highly skilled Market Information Security Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of information security compliance practices within assigned markets.



Key Responsibilities




  • Coordinate the implementation and ongoing maintenance of information security compliance practices within assigned markets
  • Work with Operations and Support Functions to ensure effective alignment of process activities to meet TISAX accreditation requirements
  • Implement an Information Security Management System (ISMS) inclusive of necessary key process activities to satisfy TISAX requirements within the assigned markets
  • Manage and maintain the ISMS in accordance with MSXI ISC Policy and local legislation, including the creation, maintenance, and review of associated policies and support documentation
  • Ensure active and effective collaboration with market leadership as per the designated ISMS responsibilities
  • Promote ISC awareness in the markets, including ensuring completion of mandatory ISC training modules
  • Support Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) activities for all eligible projects, assets, and new suppliers in the market to promote security risk reduction
  • Prepare for and coordinate internal and external ISC audits assessments for the assigned markets


About You



We are looking for an individual with project management experience and information security knowledge. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, as well as your ability to work with MS Office and Powerpoint, are essential for this role.
