Service Coordinator

STILL S.p.A., a leading company in the material handling industry, is seeking a highly skilled Service Coordinator to join our team in Bologna, Italy.

• Coordinate and supervise the planning and execution of maintenance and repair activities for our technicians.
• Ensure the efficiency and quality of service execution, in line with technical procedures and assigned objectives.
• Define priorities for technical interventions based on request severity and consolidate the overall calendar for all technicians.
• Define activity plans for technicians, align daily activity schedules with the dedicated management system, and update and correct related data.
• Train and guide technicians, ensuring that new hires are equipped with necessary tools in line with Service Manager directives.
• Support technicians in complex technical interventions, including skills and assistance via phone in case of on-site issues.
• Plan standard maintenance interventions to ensure correct functionality of our forklifts, in line with assigned objectives, through creation of a maintenance plan in SAP for each forklift.
• Establish contact with clients (visits and phone calls) to find the best solution for technical issues and stay regularly informed, in collaboration with Sales.
• Approve invoices to be issued by the Service Back Office.
• Verify the availability of spare parts and control costs for operations, aligning with the Spare Parts Coordinator for external purchases. Verify technician requests for spare parts, approve them, and coordinate with the Spare Parts Coordinator to proceed with orders.

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service environment within a medium to large-sized industrial company.
• Degree or higher education.
• Minimum knowledge of the English language (preferable).
• Experience with the SAP management system (preferable).
• Good proficiency in MS Office.
