Job Description

The Sr Marketing Manager Implants role at Straumann Group is a key position responsible for driving the growth of implants brands within our multi-brand strategy. As a strategic marketing professional, you will develop, implement, and evaluate marketing activities to achieve sales and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build a strong brand positioning and differentiation within the implants portfolio, aligning with global guidelines.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel sales and marketing plans at strategic and tactical levels.
  • Manage operational expenses budget to deliver plan objectives within budget.
  • Collaborate with the T&E team to build a compelling Training and Education plan according to brand needs and customer requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of marketing experience in global companies, ideally in B2B, medical devices/dental marketplace, OTC.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies, including product launches and project management.
  • Excellent analytical, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to assimilate complex market data and make informed decisions.
  • English fluency is required.
