Installation Site Manager Lead

Job Summary

Drive the on-site activities preparation and needs definition for all new Equipment Projects to be executed in the Region, ensuring deliverables are met to Customer satisfaction. Manage the assigned Team of Installation Site Managers (ISM) to accomplish the functional mission, developing their competences and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable to define the on-site strategy and means required to meet S-Q-C-D new Equipment Projects deliverables within the Region.
  • Ensure all required statutory and regulatory conditions are being met, including Sidel corporate values, governance, and processes.
  • Support on-site activities risk identification and assessment for critical projects.
  • Support the Team in managing scope changes before Installation Start, ensuring the baselined objectives and benefits; resolve conflicts.
  • Manage and support the ISM team, driving the relevant competence development and utilisation. Remove roadblocks for the team.
  • Report to the Stakeholders. Lead Site work preparation meetings with the Project Manager Execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement, capitalize lessons learned, perform CAV-SWP2 & cost review.
  • Ensure all Sidel Project tools are fed and updated.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering is a plus.
  • Practically based, occupationally specific.
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken.
  • Fluency in other languages is an advantage.
  • Min 5 years experience in capital projects Field Operations.
  • Min 3 years experience in the beverage industry, covering ISM or FSE roles.
  • Knowledge of Sidel Portfolio.
  • Knowledge of installation and commissioning scope and challenges.
  • Able to travel (up to 30%).
