Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Solar Quality Assurance Engineer to oversee and ensure that all quality requirements are met during the execution of photovoltaic projects. As part of our team, you will collaborate closely with project managers, site engineers, and construction teams to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

About the Role

This role involves managing and overseeing quality control processes for photovoltaic projects from inception to completion. You will develop and implement quality assurance plans and procedures in compliance with industry standards and regulations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting regular inspections and audits of the construction processes to ensure compliance with predetermined quality criteria.
  • Analyzing construction documents and project specifications to identify quality-related aspects and mitigate risks.
  • Acting as a point of contact for quality-related issues, providing solutions and recommendations to resolve any potential problems.
  • Collaborating closely with project teams to implement corrective actions and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Preparing detailed reports and presentations regarding quality performance, including monitoring metrics and KPIs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, specifically in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in quality management within the renewable energy sector, with a strong focus on photovoltaic projects.
  • Proven experience in conducting audits, inspections, and assessments of quality processes.
  • Familiarity with relevant international quality standards and regulations applicable to photovoltaic installations.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to assess complex situations and develop actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
