Job Title: Senior Sales Associate

Job Summary:

The Senior Sales Associate is a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in a luxury retail environment. As a representative of Hermès, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, developing a deep understanding of their needs, and delivering personalized experiences that exceed their expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals, prices, and stock availability.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, advising and supporting clients on all product categories to satisfy their needs and ensure a memorable omnichannel experience.
  • Build and maintain a relevant customer portfolio through effective client discovery and bespoke experiences, establishing long-term relationships and developing new clients.
  • Lead complex sales and client requests, manage complaints, and assist clients throughout the entire customer journey, including after-sales activities.
  • Contribute to business development through the proposal of commercial actions and support operational tasks, ensuring compliance with company procedures and systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus on fashion or linguistics.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, with a third language considered an advantage.
  • Strong experience in direct sales to clients, preferably in a luxury goods boutique, with international experience a plus.
  • Proficient in Excel and IT tools, with excellent leadership attitude and ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Professionalism, enthusiasm, dynamism, ease of integration, and teamwork are essential for this role.
