We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to join our team as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Thales Alenia Space Italia S.p.A. and Business Line Observation, Exploration & Navigation (OEN) CFO.

About the Roles

The successful candidates will be responsible for leading the financial strategy and operations of our Italian and European business units, respectively. As CFO, you will oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with tax authorities, preparing financial statements, and providing financial input to long-term strategic plans.

As OEN CFO, you will lead a team of program and bid controllers, responsible for the economic and financial performance of the Business Line. You will define annual economic and financial targets, monitor progress, and implement recovery actions. You will also ensure fluidity and effectiveness in industrial transactions between legal entities and promote actions to improve profitability and cash flow.
