**Job Summary**

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all quality management activities within the Bergantino plant, ensuring compliance with company policies, national and international standards, and regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 15378, and ISO 134 standards.
  • Manage and coordinate GMP training programs for employees.
  • Conduct audits, prepare audit reports, and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate customer complaints, internal audits, and customer audits.
  • Develop and update quality system procedures, instructions, and documents.
  • Contribute to risk analysis and mitigation strategies.

**Requirements:**

  • Accurate, organized, and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive and result-oriented, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Good knowledge of English language.
  • Degree in Pharmacy or related field.

**Work Environment:**
