Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Vice President to lead our Italian infrastructure practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in M&A and debt advisory, with a proven track record of driving high-caliber transactions in the Italian infrastructure sector.

  • Identify and develop new M&A and debt advisory opportunities within the Italian infrastructure space.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate and financial sponsor clients, other investment banks and consultants.
  • Prepare and present compelling pitch materials, strategic analyses, and transaction proposals.
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of M&A and debt advisory mandates—from initial client engagement through due diligence, valuation, structuring, negotiation, and closing.
  • Oversee the preparation of detailed financial models (DCF, LBO, scenario analyses) and valuation assessments.
  • Coordinate with legal, tax, and other specialist advisors to ensure smooth and compliant due diligence activities.

Maintain accurate records of all communications with clients and internal teams throughout the transaction process.
