**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Sr Financial Analyst to join our team. As a critical member of the Commercial Finance team, you will work closely with the Director of Commercial Finance and be a strategic business partner to executives in the DPD and PSG organization.
This role requires a problem-solving attitude to develop and improve models and processes to make them scalable. The successful candidate will gain experience in navigating the white space of a new function, supporting a $2.5B P&L through its anticipated growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly business review packages, including consolidations, variance analysis, and insights on trends.
- Support key commercial finance business processes (APR, quotation, price, sales, and business expansions forecasting) by coordinating with multiple partners.
- Support the Annual Budgeting process and Strategic Planning process through forecast model preparation and analysis.
- Develop processes that are scalable and effective in meeting the evolving needs of a fast-growing organization.
- Run effective financial models to support new business and investment decisions.
**Analytics and Data Support**
- Leverage complex data sources derived from multiple internal systems to draw insights and drive actions.
- Create financial models and dashboards to help business partners understand and grow the business.
- Provide analytical support and scenario modeling as part of various critical initiative teams that can empower decision-making.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
- 5+ years of analytical experience in a finance-related role.
- Strong comfort level with pulling and uploading data into various database and ERP systems.
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
