• Ensure alignment between the Portfolio Roadmap and Business Goals by implementing effective processes and tools.
• Contribute to ensuring project compliance with Budget and Timing constraints, promoting cross-functional collaboration across teams, and securing Stakeholder Buy-in towards Business Goals.
• Improve Projects' Performance and Facilitate Decision Making through effective Governance and fact-based reporting.

• Act as a leader, find innovative solutions, and be accountable for managing and leading a Program Core team, consisting of representatives across all functions within the organization.
• Oversee plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure objectives are accomplished within the required time frame, budget, and product cost parameters.
• Manage Program from concept initiation to full production delivery, interfacing with internal customers and department personnel.

• Create, plan, and manage program budgets.
• Create and manage program schedules.
• Work with functional managers to establish WBS tasks with schedule and resources assignments for each phase of the program.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing large, time-critical, and significantly complex projects in a high-tech industry (Hardware / Software / Mechanical) with cross-functional teams.

• Italian and English.

• Ability to create and manage complex schedules in MS Project.
• Project and Product Portfolio Management (PPM) tool usage experience is a plus.
• Data analysis and presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of Stage and Gate process and New Product Development management techniques (GANTT, WBS, Risk Management, etc).
