ONE Agency | IT Recruitment Experts is proud to partner with a leading technology company that is continuously innovating and pushing the boundaries of what is possible. We are seeking a highly skilled RF Firmware Engineer to join their team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented RF Firmware Engineer to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge RF firmware for a range of productivity, gaming, and mobility products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in firmware engineering, experience with Bluetooth and/or 2.4GHz ISM band, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Specify, design, and implement RF firmware for next-generation products
  • Develop and optimize RF sequencing and processing algorithms
  • Collaborate with systems, RF silicon designers, and IC designers to define RF transceiver architecture and optimize for power
  • Verify implemented firmware and investigate critical RF issues in a cross-functional HW/FW environment
  • Validate work, write production code, and automated tests
  • Prototype and showcase ideas
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in firmware engineering within product development
  • Strong knowledge of Bluetooth and/or 2.4GHz ISM band
  • Experience with USB
  • Fluent in embedded firmware in C/C++ including test and debug
  • Practically minded with strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong technical documentation skills
  • Fluent spoken and written English
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in signal processing
  • Knowledge of audio Codec
  • Experience with Ultra Wide Band
